When someone asks what you do, what do you say? How do you describe the job of massage therapy and who your ideal client is? Are you using technical terms that are understood by others in the field, or words which address the needs of the client?

Although her speech seems a little over-rehearsed to me, the key here is that she was quick, clear and concise. Make it conversational, easy going and it’s all good. How do you do that? Practice, practice, practice.
