Intro

This is my first venture into blogging. I’m not certain what this will be about, but I like the idea of communicating in this fashion to anyone that will run across this page. I wish you good health, and peace. Namaste!

This week has been a bit of a challenge trying to stay positive amidst all the negative economic news. It helped to speak with friends today, to get back on track and realize that all will be ok. “I am good enough” is my mantra! Thanks, soul sisters 🙂
In my new years email to clients back in Jan 08, I indicated I had a few goals related to health:

  • to lower my blood pressure (so I don’t have to go back on the meds I was on a year ago)
  • to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week
  • to get a massage at least once a month

Well, I’ve managed to get the exercise on track and I’ve lost 17 pounds so far, but not sure the BP is low enough, nor have I gotten a massage at least once a month. Do as I say, not as I do 🙂 Oh well, its a work in process, I guess:-) And I am happy about the weight loss!
